We appreciated the great breakfast. with a variety of tasty options like pastries and cakes. The staff were super friendly, helping with area info and taxis. and the location was pretty convenient for catching trams....

The hotel is situated a bit far from the main attractions, which required us to spend extra on taxis. dining options were limited in the evenings, reducing flexibility.

The absence of international TV channels makes for a dull evening. Rental charges for water kettles and lack of complimentary bottled water stick out as minor annoyances. No proper blankets for winter, just a bedsheet and woollen plaid—that's not cozy at all. the AC unit issued out noisy disturbances, impacting the quality of sleep. The mattress felt worn. if your back hurts after a night’s sleep, it’s usually a sign to upgrade. The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit sketchy, especially with non-guests lingering near the entrance.

Chur! The breakfast was a total highlight, heaps of options and really nice. But the room was a bit dated, felt like it could do with a freshen up.
